1. Introduction
RÊVE NATION is operated by Mind Vision LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use RÊVE NATION at revenation.cc(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect
- —Account information. Name, email address, and profile information provided during signup (processed via Clerk).
- —Audio files. Track files you upload for analysis, stored on Cloudflare R2. We do not claim ownership of your audio.
- —Analysis and output data. Track intelligence results, release plans, DSP pitch copy, debrief narratives, and certification data generated from your uploads and profile.
- —Usage data. Pages visited, features used, click patterns, session duration, browser and device information, and IP addresses.
- —Billing data. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Raw payment card data is processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your card numbers.
- —Communication data. Emails you send to our support or legal addresses.
- —Terms consent data. Timestamp, version, and IP address at which you accepted our Terms of Service, and your marketing consent preference, for compliance and chargeback defense purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- —To provide, maintain, and improve the RÊVE NATION service.
- —To provide the release workflow — track intelligence, release planning, DSP pitch builders, and Knowledge Hub.
- —To send transactional emails (analysis results, billing receipts, password resets).
- —To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- —To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- —To comply with legal obligations.
- —To build anonymized, aggregated product analytics for service improvement.
- —To defend against chargebacks and legal claims using consent records.
4. AI Processing Disclosure
Our AI analysis uses Anthropic's Claude API as a third-party AI provider.
What we transmit to Anthropic:
- —Track metadata (title, genre, BPM, key, duration, etc.)
- —Computed audio analysis scores and feature summaries
- —Editorial and playbook generation prompts
We do NOT transmit to any AI provider:
- —Your raw audio files
- —Your name or email address
- —Any payment information
Anthropic processes data subject to their privacy policy. Anthropic is a subprocessor and is not permitted to use your data to train their models.
5. Audio File Handling
- —Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 (U.S.-based infrastructure).
- —Files are processed by our analysis pipeline to extract acoustic features only.
- —Audio files are not shared with AI providers — only derived features and scores are used.
- —After account deletion, audio files are retained for 180 days then permanently deleted.
- —If you request early deletion, we will delete audio files within 30 days of the request.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the following processors to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- —Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

- —Data portability — export of your analysis history in a machine-readable format.
- —Withdraw marketing consent at any time via unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@revenation.cc.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@revenation.cc. We will respond within 30 days. Note: some data (billing records, analysis records) may be retained for legal or operational reasons even after deletion.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
10. Cookies and Tracking
- —Authentication cookies (Clerk): required for login session management; cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
- —Stripe cookies: used during checkout for payment and fraud detection.
- —Sentry SDK: collects error data and session replay for debugging; no advertising tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral advertising.
11. Communications and Marketing
- —Transactional emails (receipts, analysis results, password resets) are required for Service operation. You cannot opt out while maintaining an account.
- —Service announcements (downtime, material changes, pricing updates) are required communications.
- —Marketing emails are opt-in only. You must explicitly check the marketing opt-in box at signup. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@revenation.cc.
12. Children's Privacy
RÊVE NATION is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@revenation.cc immediately and we will delete the data.
13. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- —HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.
- —Token-based authentication (Clerk).
- —Least-privilege access controls on backend systems.
- —Encrypted storage for sensitive fields.
No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
