Refund Policy

1. Summary

Mind Vision LLC does not offer refunds. Subscription charges for RÊVE NATION are final and non-refundable from the moment they are processed.

2. What This Means

The following are not grounds for a refund:

• —Partial billing periods (e.g., cancelling mid-month or mid-year).
• —Unused features or analyses within a billing period.
• —Change of mind or dissatisfaction with analysis results.
• —Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
• —Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, scores, or recommendations.
• —Technical issues resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• —Future billing stops at the next renewal date.
• —No portion of the current billing period is refunded.
• —Your account moves to “past customer” status with permanent access to all past analyses.
• —You may resubscribe at any time.

To cancel, use Manage Subscription in your billing settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not promised or guaranteed. In exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges due to a verifiable technical error, or charges processed after a confirmed cancellation — Mind Vision LLC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, issue a partial or full credit. This discretion is exercised on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute a general refund policy or a waiver of this Section.

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@revenation.cc within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
